Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you love your Zuu purchase, but for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of your receipt of the item. If you wish to return an item, it should be in original unused condition with original tags and packaging. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Your refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Returning an order

Please email us at info@zuu.com.au with your name, shipping address, the invoice details and reason for the return.

We will provide details of where to return the product to.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee we receive your returned item.

To complete your return, please ensure receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@zuu.com.au outlining the issue and we arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

If you want to exchange a product for another, you are responsible for the shipping costs (both ways). The product must be returned in original unused condition with original tags and packaging. The new product will not be dispatched until the other or exchanged product is returned, and condition assessed. If the returned product is not in original unused condition then the new product will not be dispatched.
